Students learning financial analysis fundamentals in modern classroom setting

What You'll Actually Learn

We focus on the practical side of financial analysis—reading balance sheets, understanding cash flow, and spotting trends that matter. Each module builds on the last, so you're not just memorizing formulas.

Financial Statement Reading

Balance sheets and income statements tell a story. We'll show you how to read between the lines and spot what healthy finances look like versus warning signs.

Ratio Analysis Techniques

Financial ratios are shortcuts to understanding company health. You'll learn which ratios matter most and how to apply them in different business contexts.

Cash Flow Management

Cash flow problems sink more businesses than low profits. We cover practical methods for tracking, projecting, and managing cash flow in operational settings.

Designed for People Who Actually Work

Our program runs evenings and weekends starting September 2025. Classes meet twice weekly for twelve weeks—enough time to really grasp the concepts without overwhelming your schedule.

We use real company data from Vietnamese businesses, so the examples feel relevant rather than abstract. You'll work through actual financial statements and learn to ask the right questions when numbers don't add up.

Most participants work in accounting departments, small business operations, or financial services—but we've had success with people from completely different backgrounds who just want to understand their company's finances better.

How the Program Flows

Each phase builds specific skills you can apply immediately. We move from fundamentals to more complex analysis techniques over the twelve-week period.

Weeks 1-3: Foundation Work

Start with accounting basics and financial statement structure. By week three, you'll confidently read a balance sheet and identify the main components of an income statement.

Weeks 4-6: Analysis Tools

Learn the ratios and metrics professionals use daily. Practice calculating liquidity ratios, profitability margins, and efficiency indicators using real company data.

Weeks 7-9: Cash Flow Focus

Understand how cash moves through businesses and why profitable companies sometimes fail. You'll create cash flow projections and learn to spot potential liquidity issues.

Weeks 10-12: Applied Projects

Complete a comprehensive analysis of an actual business. You'll present findings and recommendations, getting feedback from instructors with years of practical experience.
